 RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

- We Do Not offer REFUNDS. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

- SALE ITEMS: All discounted/sale items are all FINAL SALE. Meaning Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be available. That also includes all items bought at Pop-Up Shops!

- Important: Do NOT send your exchange back to us before being in contact with us VIA email. Packages received with no information and no email trace will be returned to the sender. 

 

- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: While making an exchange, after our team receives the exchanged item, if the bikini is not up to our team's standard of being in 'brand new' condition. Your request will be refused and sent back.

- A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via Email (info@kalaswim.com).

- KALĀ SWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


- Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.

 

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
