- We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit.

 

- Important: DO NOT send your exchange back to us before being in contact via email or Instagram. Packages received with no information and no email trace will be returned to the sender. 

 

- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: While making an exchange, after our team receives the exchanged item, if the bikini is not up to our team's standard of being in 'brand new' condition. Your request will be refused and sent back.

 

- A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via Email (info@kalaswim.com).
